Although we have not had any issues with the software we provide, or the 3rd party software we suggesat. Any software downloads on our Web site or any 3rd party Web site’s is to be done at your own descretion. We do not warrant or guarantee the downloads against malware, spyware or viruses. We do regularly check these so they are safe using our virus scanners, but being they are 3rd paryt software we cannot guarantee the complete safety. We always will provide non-downloads to our members for their job task if you do not want to use the software provided by 3rd parties listed on our Web site.

3. Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless My-Data-Team.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service.

4. Third Party Rights.

The provisions of paragraphs 2 (Use of the Service), and 3 (Indemnification) are for the benefit of Global-Data-Entry.com and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to the Service. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.

5. Termination.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 2 (Use of the Service), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Third Party Rights) and 6 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

6. Miscellaneous.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of U.S.A applicable to agreements made and to be performed in U.S.A. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between My-Data-Team.com and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in U.S.A . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. My-Data-Team.com’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. My-Data-Team.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

7. Refund Policy.

This is to give the paying member the right to ask for a complete refund of the initial members’ set up fee originally invested at the start of the program. The member has 60 days from the date of purchase to receive a full money-back refund of initial set up fee payment. A copy of the original pay receipt will be required and must be received by the 60th day of purchase in order for our company to process the refund; it will be important to keep a copy of the emailed pay receipt sent by pay processor. It is to be understood that any requests for refund, or payment receipts received after the 60 days will not be refunded. It is not our company’s responsibility to obtain pay receipt from pay processor(s). It is the members responsibility to obtain any payment receipts from the third-party pay processors who process the payments for memberships.

8. Earnings Disclosure.

The member is to understand the earning possibilities listed in our “Earnings Disclosure” and have completely read and agree with that disclosure.
